Beacon Immigration PLLC

Fees

Common applications and legal fees
at Beacon Immigration

The below prices are examples of legal fees associated with common application types and are based on straightforward scenarios with no serious complications. If you have a complicated case, the legal fee will increase. Ex: criminal history, previous complicated immigration history, etc.

If your case requires an interview at the local USCIS office (citizenship, marriage green card, etc.), we can schedule a practice run at the office so that you are well-prepared, but the below prices do not include legal representation at your interview. Most people do not require an attorney at their interview, but if you do, that will be covered by a separate fee (generally $1,500 for interviews at the local USCIS office in Albany, NY).
